The release of Vogue Hommes International's new issue is just around the corner (March 19), and new model face Filip Hrivnak is the lucky boy who was photographed by Mert & Marcus for the cover. Not only that, Filip also gets to now show off his new bleached blonde look on newsstands all over the world, so that's not a bad thing for his career at all. Filip was styled by Panos Yiapanis.
For more on the new issue: "Vogue Hommes International looks to distant lands with the Escape issue, also watchword of the season emblazoned across the torso of platinum blond cover boy Filip Hrivnak. Our strongest runway looks travel to the breathtaking Kenyan landscape amongst elephants, giraffes and buffalos, and on to Australia, showcased by the atomic Jarrod Scott, before winding up in a sultry black and white storm on the lunar landscape of a black sand beach. With an exclusive plunge into Mert Alas & Marcus Piggott's pop inferno, the issue explores the secrets of Bertrand Bonello's ambitious Yves Saint Laurent film before delving into Robert Mapplethorpe's imagination, anchored on the line between good and evil." via
Such is the fast paced nature of the fashion industry these recent portraits shot of Filip by Joseph Bleu show the handsome model before he chopped and dyed his napper. I'll leave it to you to decide which look you think he works best. Undeniably though, these are pretty sweet photos of the Givenchy exclusive.
